Dr Linda Khong, PhD, is a qualified Lymphoedema Physiotherapist and has extensive dedicated training with over 15 years experience in this area. The clinic provides evidence-based practice and cutting edge special equipment to manage your chronic oedema concerns.
Things to consider:
- Each appointment is 50 minutes in length. Hence, out-of-pocket expenses will be incurred.
- Private health fund (e.g. HBF/Medibank) code for Lymphoedema 570 or Physiotherapy 506 so call your fund and check ahead.
- DVA and Plan Managed-NDIS clients are welcome, but gap payment expected for NDIS effective 01 July 2025.
- Medicare EPC/Chronic Care Team plan not accepted.
- Treatment of a chronic condition will likely take at least 3 months before any improvement may be noticeable.
- Your doctors may be consulted about your treatment. For your care, we follow a process of - Assessment; Treatment plan and recommendations; Fitting of any medical appliances; Review of issues that may arise; Ongoing follow-up to maintain results and self-management.
